John <-&-> William

John Holbrook is studying for medicine and religion. He likes Mercy but didn't have the courage to stand up for his love towards her, when Judith talked him into marrying him he was in shock and didn't say anything. William Ashby is into politics. He has courage because he asked Kit to marry him, only brave men do that. Also he is mature and patient. Kit asked him to wait for the answer on getting married with him, and he's waiting. While William waits he's building a house for them. Things they both have in common are that they are both determined to get married. They both go hangout in the girls house.

My weekend

I'm doing very good . Today is a sunny day, sunny days make my mood happy . My weekend was ok it could have been better. We ate pizza and my family came to visit. We had a blast. Also we went shopping for stuff we needed and that was fun. I love spending money .

Mercy

Mercy is a nice sweet girl but she is disabled. She would rather for Judith to be happy instead of her. Even though she is disabled, she still does things others do--not the same way, of course--but she tries. Mercy wanted to go to the husking party but it was too far for her to go.

Judith

I think Judith knows what she wants is life and is very determined. She is deterined to marry John and she says that she is going to marry him and she wont stop until she gets it. Judith is sociable so she is very excited about the husking party and that makes her outgoing.

Hannah

Hannah was a Quaker who lived by herself in the meadows. Some people didn't like Hannah and others thought she was nice. People thought she was a witch, but Kit, Nat, and Prudence went to visit her anyway.

White little lies

Well, for me it's not good thing to tell little white lies because that little white lie as many call it can bring many problems. There are many ways it could bring problems, probably not at the time you said it but it will get to you. In the future you may not even remember how you said it and you will get tangled in your own lies.

Summary

Kit's real name is Katherine, and she is 16 years old .She is in the shore of the river waiting for the Dolphin to get a glimpse of the American land . Kit gets on the boat and meets this lady that is going back to her house for the spring and when she got to the American land. Kit for the first time was embarrassed because the people in there were stairing at her so. She got back in the boat to go home, mean while in the boat this little girl threw her doll her grandfather had made her into the water and Kit jumped in for it and in back of her was Nat .
